Educational Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
I am a Speech-Language Pathologist at United South Central Public Schools. I have been employed since fall of 2009. I am currently working with grades 3 through 12- individually and in small groups. I graduated with a masters degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 2009. I live in Mapleton with my husband and two kids, 5 and 3. I like to cook, sew, scrapbook, and of course spend time with my family. If you have any questions or concerns about your child's articulation, language, fluency, and/or voice, please contact me. I would be happy to help!
Websites for Articulation
~ Quia Articulation- There are some fun games on there for articulation purposes. Make sure the students say their sounds a loud for more practice!
~ Speaking of Speech Articulation- Pick your child's sound(s) and print off extra materials for extra practice at home!
USC Therapy Pinterest Board
Practice is key to the development of any skill. To help your child develop in the areas of speech and motor skills, the Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy staff members from United South Central have created a Pinterest board that features activities, ideas, and information for you to use with your child.
~ On the left hand side, you can click on the link "Pinterest Board." This will give more information about how we use Pinterest, as well as how to access our USC Therapy board.
